Dr. Amal Kanta Giri earned his B.Sc. in Physics Honours from Ramakrishna Mission V. C. College, University of Calcutta, and his M.Sc. from IIT Guwahati. He completed his Ph.D. at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany. Dr. Giri has conducted extensive postdoctoral research at prestigious institutes, including the University of Porto, Helmholtz Institute Erlangen-Nürnberg for Renewable Energy (HIERN), and the University of Bayreuth. His research expertise encompasses Polymer Physics, Desalination, Graphene Derivatives, Computer Simulations, Soft-Matter Physics, Biophysics, Interface Science, Molecular Dynamics, and Quantum Simulation.
